About Alan

I have been involved in the Building-Construction-Real Estate Industry for over 45 years having developed a deep understanding of both Commercial and Residential properties.

In 2004, I saw an opportunity and started my career in Real Estate.I thought it was time to tap my personal experiences having worn the buyers,sellers,landlord's, and leaser's hats.

I am engaged in Commercial,Residential,Investment,and Property Management. Being a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Associate Broker ,as well as a Five Towns resident for almost 50 years I have seen my neighborhood change, grow and prosper.

Giving back to my community has also been a big part of my life . . I've been President of Temple Israel of Lawrence,and am currently still a very active board member. I am also involved with and on the Executive Board of UJA. I am an immediate past Commissioner of the Nassau County Bridge Authority and served on The Five Towns Community Chest, LI Board of Realtors, NY AState Board of Realtors, LI Commercial Network and i retired after 25 years of service from the United States Selective Service Board.
